Privacy Policy

We process account details such as your email address, profile information and authentication records to provide and protect your account. Passwords are stored as hashes, not as readable passwords.

We process messages you send us, content you submit, comments and project interactions. Creator features may process prompts, drafts, uploaded files, generated assets and workflow records. Information you choose to publish may be visible to other people.

We use first-party analytics to understand visits and return visits, improve the service and measure campaign performance. This includes page visits, key interactions, viewing activity in our own video player, source referrals, campaign parameters, and loading or playback errors. Where permission is required, we ask before starting optional analytics.

These records may include a random visitor identifier, session identifier, IP address, approximate country, region and city, browser and operating system information, device category, language, time zone and window dimensions. Location is inferred locally from an IP database; it is not GPS location and may be inaccurate, particularly for mobile networks and VPNs.

If you sign in, events collected while authenticated can be associated with your account. We do not identify people by IP alone. Different browsers may be counted separately, and a shared device does not establish that all activity belongs to the same person.

Referrals are limited to the external origin when available. We retain approved campaign parameters rather than arbitrary URL parameters. Browser restrictions may hide the source. We do not receive each visitor's private search-engine query.

For visitors identified as being in the United States, first-party analytics may start without a consent panel, subject to your saved choice and browser privacy signal. You can switch it off in Privacy settings. This is a regional setting, not a record that you explicitly consented.

For the EU, EEA, United Kingdom and other regions not covered by that setting, optional analytics is off until you select Accept all. We also ask first when the region is unknown. Select Manage preferences, then Necessary only to leave analytics off. Continuing to browse or scrolling does not grant permission.

You can change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops future optional analytics and removes the analytics cookie; it does not automatically erase records already collected. You may separately request deletion.

In this analytics system, a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal disables optional analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent account access or use of our own video player. A saved refusal is respected even if your IP address or location changes. Where prior consent is required, a missing or expired choice does not enable analytics.

We separately process information needed to deliver pages and video, authenticate accounts, handle requests, prevent abuse and investigate failures. Servers necessarily receive network information, including IP addresses, when you connect. Necessary processing is not switched off by declining optional analytics.

Analytics is not used to capture passwords, authentication tokens, payment secrets, hidden form values or private draft text. We do not use canvas or audio fingerprinting to reconstruct an identifier you have removed.

Hosting, email delivery, authentication and AI generation services process information needed for the features they provide. Google sign-in and embedded YouTube videos may communicate with Google or YouTube and are subject to their own privacy practices. Choosing a Fabriqa analytics preference does not act as consent to every external provider.

First-party visitor analytics and IP-to-location lookups run on our infrastructure. This analytics implementation does not send visitor IP addresses to a third-party geolocation API or send viewing histories to advertising platforms. Access to detailed analytics is restricted to authorized administrators.

Information may be processed outside the country where you live. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Our analytics cookie and stored privacy choice expire after six months unless removed sooner. Clearing browser storage may cause us to ask for your preference again.

There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for analytics or the separate operational request journal. Expiry or removal of a browser cookie does not delete stored records. You can contact us about access or deletion; applicable rights and legal exceptions still apply.

Account, published content, support, operational records and backups have different purposes. Retention requirements and the data needed for each purpose are part of our ongoing privacy review; we do not represent the lack of an automatic schedule as an exemption from applicable storage limits.

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict certain uses, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Applicable rights and exceptions differ by jurisdiction.

Contact us through the Contact page or support@fabriqa.tv with your request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing account information. Please do not send passwords or payment credentials. You may ask us to review a response you disagree with.

If you believe a child has provided personal information that should not have been collected, contact us so we can investigate. Exercising applicable privacy rights will not by itself result in discriminatory treatment.

We update this policy as the service and its data practices change. The date above identifies this version. Where a change requires renewed permission, optional analytics will remain disabled until that permission is obtained.
